Q. What Meat and Bread Options do I Have for Boxed Lunch Sandwiches and Salads?
A.

Assorted Sandwiches will include Ham, Turkey, Roast Beef and Chicken Breast - All with Swiss Cheese on Wheat Bread. We are happy to prepare Vegetarian, Pimiento Cheese, Vegan, Tuna Salad or Chicken Salad - We can also prepare any sandwich as a Tortilla Wrap or on White Bread, Rye Bread, a Kaiser Roll, a Croissant, Pita Bread or a French Roll. Salads can be Deli Chef, Chicken Chef, Chicken Caesar, Tuna stuffed Tomato, Pasta Salad with Chicken or a Spinach Salad. For an additional charge you can have Shrimp or Salmon added to your salad.

Q. What are the Descriptions of the Service Types and Styles Available?
A.

There are basically three types of service style available. We can mix parts of these but in their purest form, they are:

Buffet Style: We set your event up as banquet style with everything on the buffet, Your guests make their way to the buffet tables filled with your requested food and beverages where they get their own plate and find their own place to enjoy your event. This style of service works best for hors d'oeuvres, and very casual events where the menu is easy to eat and guests have ample seating available. The bufet style of service requires servers if real china and glassware is used.

Seated Buffet Style: We set your event up as banquest style with only the main entree on the buffet. your guests will have everything else for their meal preset on the seating tables. Typically the tables will be set with all the necessary table cloths and napkins, condiments, a preset salad and dressing, a preset dessert, bread baskets and butter, beverage glasses, carafes of iced tea, water and coffee. Your guests can enjoy their salad and then make their way to the buffet after which they do not have to get up again. Typically, this style of service works best for semi formal events and can be mixed with the buffet style to best suit your desires. The seat buffet style usually requires servers for set-up, clearing, maintenance and clean-up.

Seated and Served Style: We set the seating tables for your event the same as a seated buffet with everything for thei meal preset on the seating tables except the main entree. Again, the tables will be set with all the necessary table cloths and napkins, condiments, a preset salad and dressing, a preset dessert, bread baskets and butter, beverage glasses, carafes of iced tea, water and coffee. the kitchen staff then builds a garnished pplated entree for each guest that is served by the wait staff. In this style of service, we can adjust to serve all or part of the items that are listed as preset - usually dependent on your timing and the plan for your event. Typically, this style of service works best for formal events or events where there is a need for the guests to stay seated during an entire event. the seated and served style requires servers and a kitchen staff for set-up, service, clearing, maintenance and cleanup.

Q. Some of my Guests Have Special Dietary Requirements - Can TW's-AFAB Catering Assure me That Their Needs Will be Met?
A.

We can always accommodate special dietary needs: Vegan, Vegetarian, Diabetic, Celiac, Dairy and any others you can come up with.

Q. Will There be a Delivery Fee for my Order?
A.

We are happy to deliver anywhere in Oklahoma, NW Arkansas, SE Kansas and SW Missouri. Delivery fees depend on the day, time and dollar amount of the order. We strive to minimize any delivery fee we have to charge; when we charge a delivery fee, it is only to cover our costs for the delivery. Inside the City Limits of Tulsa and Oklahoma City there is no delivery fee for orders over $200.00; for orders under $200.00 there is a $25.00 delivery fee. Outside of the city limits, the delivery is based on Time and Mileage to and from the delivery location. All of the fees are based on a time frame of standard regular business hours - after hours, on weekends or holidays may have different fees.

Q. What are the Added Costs for Real China, Glassware, Linens, and Servers?
A.

All orders automatically include all the disposable ware you need to serve anything we provide for your event. All hot items will come in disposable chafing dishes with canned heat to keep hot items hot. There is no price difference for excluding the disposable ware. The total cost for real dishes, flatware and glassware will vary depending on the menu and type of service you need for your event. For instance: an Hors D’oeuvres event requires fewer service items than a seated dinner. A simple rule of thumb is: anything you “touch” (fork, knife, plate, glass, napkin, etc.) costs an average of about 35 cents. The exact items you will need are decided as we put together the bid for your event and are included either in the total or as an add-on amount at the end. The price for cloths will depend on the table shapes and sizes; the average price for a cloth is $12.00 each. In most cases if you have real china and glassware, a server is required for maintenance and clean-up. Servers are $125.00 for a minimum of 4 hours and $15.00 for each additional hour. Bartenders are $175.00 for the evening. These costs for staffing of your event include an initial tip of $20.00 per staff member.

Q. Do I Need to Tip my Server or Delivery Person or is That Included?
A.

For events that require servers, we automatically include a gratuity of $20.00 per staff member; this is an initial tip and you can add more for one or all of your servers or delivery personnel if you let us know that is your desire. Typically if your server or delivery person has done an exceptional job for you, an additional gratuity of $20.00 to $100.00 is suggested - depending on the type of event and the service required. A gratuity is not expected for a simple delivery and set-up. We can add a gratuity via a charge card, you can mail a check, we can add it onto your invoice or you can give it directly to your server/delivery person. Additional tipping is completely at your discretion - there is no requirement for an additional gratuity.
